- We do not ask for credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or PayPal details
- We do not store any payment method
- We do not process any transaction on our servers
- We do not send invoices for using the service

03. No Refunds Applicable
Since our service is 100% free, there is nothing to refund. No refund requests can be processed for a service that has never charged you.

07. Chargebacks & Disputes
Since AffidavitFormat.com does not charge users, there should be no basis for a chargeback against our website.

- Do not panic — we never charge users
- Contact your bank immediately to report the fraudulent transaction

While our affidavit format is free, completing an affidavit legally requires notarization and stamp paper, which involve third-party payments:
- Stamp Paper: ₹10 to ₹100 (purchased from authorized vendor or SHCIL)
- Notary Fee: ₹50 to ₹200 (paid directly to Notary Public)
- Advocate Fee (optional): ₹500 to ₹5,000 (if you hire one)
These charges are mandatory legal costs, not our service fees, and are non-refundable once paid to the respective third party.
Tip: Always keep a receipt for stamp paper and notary fees. Some government offices may ask for these during verification.
09. Dispute Resolution
